Our pricing is simple:
You just pay us for the weeks you attend.

$12 is our casual session fee
$30 for unlimited weekly classes.
Our classes run for 45 minutes including a warmup.
HIIT - is our daily combination of cardio, strength and core work.
STAMINA - is our running based session that run simultaneously to our HIIT class, a self-paced mix of running and reps.
Every workout and every day is different at Crew Fitness. We have 3 amazing coaches that program different sessions everyday from circuit-style training to High Intensity Interval Training. Our full-body workouts are designed to get your heartrate up with a combination of cardio, strength and core work.
I really enjoy the 6am classes, so much variety in every week
